Overview

Drawing on my data analytics background, I excel at designing and implementing solutions like custom campaign pacing sheets and integrated data dashboards that enhance campaign monitoring, improve insight generation, and empower data-driven decision-making for multiple clients across platforms.

Behind-the-scenes

Automated Campaign Pacing System: Designed and implemented automated campaign pacing sheets incorporating advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and XLOOKUPs. This system enabled real-time tracking of budget allocation, expenditure, and performance metrics across multiple campaigns, significantly reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.

Cross-Platform Data Integration: To gain a holistic view of campaign performance, I integrated data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Supermetrics integrated with Looker Studio to gain a granular understanding of campaign performance across platforms. This involved setting up data connectors, configuring dashboards, and establishing automated data flows to consolidate performance metrics from Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

Performance Reporting and Data Visualisation: Created customised dashboards and delivered regular performance reports to stakeholders, transforming complex datasets into clear and actionable insights. This process involved identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), creating visually appealing data representations, and providing strategic recommendations to optimise campaigns for better engagement, conversions, and ROI.
